Rob Springer Media offers digital products, online courses and training programs, and one-on-one consulting and coaching services for video production professionals. Our products include the CRUSH Proposal System, the Corporate Video MasterClass, and related tools, guides, and downloads.

Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Name and email address when you opt in, purchase, or contact us
- Billing information when you make a purchase, which is collected and processed by our payment processor, not stored by us
- Any information you share with us during a consulting or coaching engagement, or in an email to us
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time on page, referring source, and how you navigate the site
- Cookie and pixel data as described below
Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand how visitors use it, measure the performance of our advertising, and show you relevant ads.
The Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. We use advertising and analytics tools provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). These tools collect information about your visit and your activity on our site, including pages viewed and actions taken such as opting in or completing a purchase, and share that information with Meta. Meta may use this information to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you our ads on Meta's platforms. Meta may also match this information to a Meta account if you have one.

Analytics and site functionality cookies. Used to understand site performance and keep the site working properly.

Service Providers We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We do share it with the service providers we need to run the business:
- Stripe and PayPal, to process payments securely. They collect and handle your payment card information directly. We never see or store your full card number.
- Systeme.io, our course, checkout, and email platform, which hosts your account and delivers your purchases and our emails.
- Meta Platforms, Inc., for advertising and conversion measurement as described above.
- Analytics and email delivery providers that support the operation of the site.
Each of these providers has access only to the information they need to perform their function.
A note for California residents. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising tools like the Meta Pixel may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act. If you would like to opt out of that sharing, email info@rsmedia.studio and we will honor your request.
